We are husband and wife co-owners Aaron and Ashley Taube! We have brought our dream to life, opening up a brewery in the county we call home. We’ve spent years learning our way through the industry and crafting a place that is uniquely us. Step into The Trailhead and see our vision brought to life, we can’t wait to welcome you in.
Our unique blend is our love for craft beer and nature. It’s an adventure where we were traveling different paths that led us down the same road. Our passions, lifestyles and, now, our brewery are Twin Soles.

Meet Ashley
The first half of Twin Soles is Ashley. She is born and raised in New Jersey and began working in the brewing industry at 21. When Aaron brews it, she tastes it (and makes some killer marketing to boot). But don’t worry, Ashley has brewing experience, too, and will certainly be sharing her own recipes. Outside of keeping the wheels turning behind Twin Soles, she is a devoted dog mom and loves a good nap with the pups. You’ll find her pouring pints most of the time, and she’d love to have a conversation with you. We describe her as the world’s coolest human.
Meet Aaron
Aaron is the other half of Twin Soles! A Buffalo native, he moved to New Jersey to start his brewing career. At the brewery, he is the head brewer and master of all trades. You can catch him rocking out in the brewhouse (his favorite song is the YMCA), dreaming about the Buffalo Bills winning the Superbowl, and fixing whatever is broken. When you see Aaron, make sure you say “Hey there!”
